Yes. W&L General Construction LLC holds a Class A contractor license for residential and commercial work. We're happy to share our license number on request.
Are your estimates really free?
Yes. We visit your property, discuss your project, and give you a detailed written estimate at no cost and with no obligation.
Do you handle permits?
For projects that require permits, we handle the paperwork and schedule the inspections so you don't have to.
How long does a typical remodel take?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom is often a few weeks; kitchens and basements take longer. Your written estimate includes a timeline for your specific project.

OUR STORY
Our founder, Walter, grew up in a farming family in the highlands of Huanta, Peru — the second of ten children, where hard work and honesty were simply how life was lived.
He came to the United States in 2006 and built his career in construction one job at a time, learning every trade from framing to finish work. That experience became W&L General Construction LLC: a licensed Class A contractor serving homeowners and businesses throughout the DC Metro area.
Today we still run the company the way we were raised — show up on time, tell the truth, and do it right the first time. Every client is treated like family, and every project is one we're proud to put our name on.
